As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead all hiring processes at Eezy. You will interact daily with potential candidates and source the best talent to provide to our hiring managers. As part of the Human Resources Team, you will promote core values and company culture with all potential and new hires.
*Coordinate and conduct full cycle recruiting and hiring processes for all Eezy hires.
*Gather job posting requirements from hiring managers to create descriptive job postings to be published and distributed.
*Post job internally and externally, using LinkedIn and other job boards.
*Review applications and conduct phone screens for candidates that meet qualifications.
*Perform in-depth interviews and review candidate qualifications. Gather enough information from candidates to make informed and confident recommendations for consideration to hiring managers.
*Provide interview information to hiring managers. Create and maintain interview question guides for all open positions, as well as provide comprehensive candidate information to the hiring manager/team.
*Continuously network to widen the talent pool and identify potential future candidates.
*Monitor candidate pool and increase company visibility to attract top talent
*Maintain an organized and accurate record of recruitment activities using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
*Responsible for ensuring an excellent experience for all candidates. Consistently communicate with candidates to provide feedback, manage expectations, and give updates on their applications.
*Provide data insights to stakeholders in order to elevate and improve recruiting process and strategies.
*Prepare, extend and negotiate competitive job offers.
*Keep hiring managers informed throughout the entire recruitment and hiring process.
*Bachelor’s degree in HR or business, or equivalent experience
*Minimum of 3 years of related recruitment and/or talent development experience.
*Must be highly motivated and a self-starter with a proven record of handling multiple projects and initiatives.
*Must have a proven track record of recruiting in a fast-growing organization.
*Must have experience working with an Applicant Tracking System.
*Must have strong skills in candidate pipeline generation and use of social media tools.
*Have experience recruiting in a professional or technical setting (preferred)
*Familiar with technology/product focused roles and terminology (preferred)
