Founded in 2009, Eezy is proudly self-funded, profitable and 100% remote. Our growing team of 70 are made up of engineers, product designers, marketing and customer success folks in 3 countries.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineering Manager to champion the growth and success of our talented engineering team, comprised of mid and senior level engineers. In this newly created role, you will oversee 8-10 engineers arranged in two cross-functional product pods. You will be responsible for the performance and contributions of those you supervise, with the ongoing goal of ensuring alignment with the rest of the engineering organization. We all pull in one direction to ensure continued business success!

At its core, this role is about supporting and empowering our team to do their best work while reaching their professional development goals. You’ll coach your team to drive continuous improvement, keep each person accountable to their roles and goals, and schedule regular 1:1s and check-ins to measure progress and overall team health. You’ll lead your team’s annual performance reviews.

You’ll be joining us at an exciting stage of growth for the company. We will be continuing to scale the engineering team, and you'll work with the Director of Engineering to identify skill gaps and opportunities, shaping these as open roles and enabling us to grow deliberately and effectively.

As we scale you'll partner with our CTO and Director of Engineering to define benchmarks for success for our application and the growing ecosystem of integrations and connections, helping drive growth and expansion for the more than 100M users around the world that rely on the Eezy.com network of sites each work day.
